Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the rules for accessing and using the Website Wealthlorex and the AI ​​trading platform, together referred to as the “Service”, operated by Wealthlorex Inc. (“Wealthlorex”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable where applicable law prohibits its use.

2. Account registration

Full use of the Service requires an account with accurate, current and complete information. You must keep your sign-in details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us without delay at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or take part in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

3. The Service: scope and limits

Wealthlorex offers AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and, where selected, automated order execution through linked broker accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis only.

  • Wealthlorex does not take possession of, store or administer your money. Your capital remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
  • We connect with your broker using API keys limited to reading and execution. These permissions cannot be used to withdraw money.
  • Historical results from a strategy or signal do not predict future performance.
  • Trading carries the possibility of loss, including losing some or all of the original capital.

4. No investment advice

Nothing available on the platform Wealthlorex should be understood as financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are supplied for informational use only. Speak with a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Wealthlorex is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer or financial planner.

5. Fees and payment

Certain Service functions require a paid subscription. Pricing appears on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility. Plans are charged upfront monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to applicable legislation.
  • Try to decompile, disassemble or obtain the platform’s source code.
  • Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract Service data.
  • Resell, sublicense or commercially use any part of the Service without written permission in advance.
  • Compromise or interrupt the Service, its integrity, performance or supporting infrastructure.
  • Participate in market manipulation, front-running or other conduct contrary to financial rules.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, software, algorithms, trademarks and trade secrets included in or delivered through the Service belong exclusively to Wealthlorex or its licensors. These Terms grant no ownership or other interest in that material. Our logos and trademarks may not be used without advance written permission.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Wealthlorex WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.

9. Liability limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Wealthlorex SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY WAS DISCLOSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Wealthlorex DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to compensate, defend and protect Wealthlorex and its directors, officers, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Duration and termination

You may close your account through its settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may end or suspend access immediately following a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your permission to use the Service stops and we may remove account information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and resolving disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wealthlorex, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes under these Terms must first be referred to binding arbitration in 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166, United States under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also submit complaints to their applicable local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or a Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
